Lev Leshchenko admitted an early exit from the stage
People’s Artist of the RSFSR Lev Leshchenko said that he may soon leave the stage. In conversation with the publication “Gazeta.Ru” he admitted that it has become difficult for him to perform solo, but he is still ready to participate in social concerts and corporate events. According to him, he has enough such proposals.
“I choose the most interesting ones and those that I cannot refuse due to necessity. The most important thing is that I work in the studio and write at least 15-20 new songs a year,” said Lev Leshchenko.
He noted that even at his age (he turned 82 on February 1, 2024 – editor’s note) one can enjoy the profession. The artist said that the main rule is not to bore either yourself or the viewer.
