LDPR will submit to the State Duma a bill on “children of special operations”

Deputies from the Liberal Democratic Party intend to introduce the concept of “children of a special operation” into the Russian legal reality. As the chairman of the party, Leonid Slutsky, specified, this category will include citizens of Russia, whose childhood “passed under the explosions of shells.”
“Now he (the bill.— “b”) is being finalized … will allow the government and regional authorities to proceed from the new concept of “children of NWO”. Adopt regulations on the introduction of benefits for them, systemic or one-time payments by analogy with the children of war, ”Leonid Slutsky told reporters (quoted by RIA Novosti).
According to the parliamentarian, a whole generation of “children of the NWO” has been growing up over the past nine years, since the start of the conflict in Donbass. “The status that this category of the population recognizes is the least we can do for the children of our Russian world,” the head of the party believes.
In 2020, the preferential category “children of war” was introduced Moscow government. It includes people born between September 4, 1927 and September 3, 1945. Who exactly will be considered “children of the special operation” according to the LDPR project, party representatives have not yet disclosed.
