Lawyer spoke about an IT woman who received a summons for mobilization

Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov criticized the work of military registration and enlistment offices. According to him, in Russia there is no single approach to the formation of databases of persons subject to partial mobilization, and employees tend to quickly report on the work done.

According to an MK source familiar with the situation, military prosecutors are inundated with complaints from citizens, and military registration and enlistment offices continue to call in patients, students, and even women who have never been on military registration.

Russian Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov, in an interview with RIA Novosti, called for changing the mobilization system in Russia and introducing advanced intellectual technologies.

“And it’s wrong to make only military registration and enlistment offices “extreme” here. On the contrary, it is necessary to provide collective assistance in organizing work without failures, and prosecutors are actively engaged in this within their powers,” the Prosecutor General added.

According to him, more than 1.5 thousand violations were revealed within the framework of partial mobilization. And the intervention of prosecutors made it possible to largely overcome the “negative tendencies of mobilization measures.” So, according to Krasnov, the prosecutor’s office took measures to equip sleeping places, provide mobilized uniforms and things, in some cases military units are additionally equipped with the necessary equipment and provided with specialists.

“MK” talked with a lawyer from one of the human rights organizations, who spoke about shortcomings in the work of the military commissariats. So, according to him, the problem number 1 until some time was the lack of a medical examination:

– As a person who walks around the commissariats and represents the interests of other citizens, I can say that until September 24 a medical examination was not organized. In one military commissariat, I myself was a witness, they admitted that until September 24 a medical examination log was not kept, the lawyer said.

In addition, according to him, the military registration and enlistment offices did not collect the data of those persons who are registered with the military.

– We have criteria for citizens who are on the military register, I mean those who are in the reserve. Why did the military commissars not demand data collection from them? I understand that all this is entrusted in accordance with the law to a citizen – he must represent changes in his place of work, place of residence, etc. But why did the military commissars not demand this?

The interlocutor of “MK” also drew attention to the lack of a sufficient amount of office equipment in the military registration and enlistment offices, as well as the established interaction between the military registration and enlistment offices:

– There are no electronic databases in military registration and enlistment offices. Because in the military commissariats, a maximum of one or two computers work. And it’s very good if one of them is connected to the Internet. There is no interaction at all between the military commissariats. For example, here is such a case. The citizen is registered with the military in one military commissariat, he actually lives in the same place and there he submitted all the documents about the postponement, about the armor that he has.

The employer maintains lists of citizens who work for him and submits them to the military commissariat at the location of the employer. Employees of the company are summoned with summons to the place of work and they are trying to mobilize them, because there are no personal files in this commissariat. Although all information, including on the postponement, is submitted to the military commissariat, but at the place of residence.

According to the lawyer, according to some estimates, the mobilization reserve – 300 thousand people – has already been collected, but mobilization activities do not stop:

– The Ministry of Defense announced about 300 thousand. But we understand that 300 thousand have long been recruited. Where will the bust go? They will be sent back to their homes or to the NWO area.

Moreover, the military commissars say that the mobilization activities will stop only when the corresponding order of the president is issued. Where is the limit when the mobilization plan will be considered fulfilled? Or is it never ending? In fact, we were declared for partial mobilization of category A (fit for military service – “MK”), B (fit for military service with minor restrictions – “MK”), certain VUSs are now taking everyone.

The lawyer also spoke about some egregious cases of erroneous mobilization:

– In my practice there were just ridiculous cases. The other day I received a call from a woman who was sent a summons. She is not registered with the military, she is 24 years old. She works as a lawyer in an IT company. It’s not fake. She sent a notice. For a long time they tried to understand how she could light up in the Ministry of Defense, but we never found out.

Yesterday I received a call from my friend, a very good lawyer. He said that a summons for mobilization had come to a citizen who not only had never served in the army, he did not have any military registration documents. He is also 24 years old and is studying at a higher educational institution. There is a delay anyway. But how are summonses sent so randomly?

Summons, according to the source of “MK”, ​​also come to men with serious illnesses:

– They began to call on guys who not only had no military experience, they did not serve in the armed forces at all. They have certificates in exchange for a military ID, they have diseases. The illnesses are serious. For example, one has a plate in the spine that connects the vertebrae. He is not allowed to carry any loads. He has category B (limited fit for military service – “MK”), not D (completely unfit for military service – “MK”). He is called. After wearing a bulletproof vest, he will simply remain disabled. But the military doesn’t care.

According to the lawyer, the other day he also received a call from a mobilized citizen who ended up in the hospital:

– He suffers from psoriasis, his whole body is covered with it. This is the category D of fitness for service. He asks what he should do – the doctors frankly say that they are afraid to make a decision on him by the medical commission, since he has already been mobilized. I was given the answer to file a complaint with the military medical department and the military prosecutor’s office.

According to the expert, many employees of the military commissariats are punished, but the situation does not change radically:

– Punish reprimands and the like. But until the president gives the go-ahead to set up work in the military commissariats, do not carry out a personnel purge, it seems that nothing will budge. We have so many patriots and citizens who want to defend their Motherland. I see such people in the military commissariats, there are many of them. Why not work with these citizens? Why are there cripples at the front?
