Vice-President of the Federal Chamber of Advocates (FPA) and member of its Council, Henry Reznik, ceases to participate in its work and has submitted an application for the resignation of a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Justice of Russia.
He published the corresponding document in social networks.
Member of the Council of the FPA Konstantin Dobrynini and Vadim Klyugvant, Vice-President and member of the Council of the FPA, announced on October 5 that they were ending their participation in the work of the Council. The reason they called the fact that in the near future the chamber will have to implement the latest decisions taken by the highest bodies of state power.
The day before, the FPA website had published news that new chambers of lawyers will be created in four new territories of Russia. The vice-president of the chamber, Gennady Sharov, “expressed his hope” that examinations and arrangements for the establishment of four new bar associations would take place as early as November.
On the eve of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics made in the list of subjects of the Russian Federation in the updated version of the law.
