Leading specialist of the Phobos weather center Mikhail Leus, in a publication on his Telegram channel, said that the night of August 29 was the coldest in Moscow over the past two months. According to him, the minimum temperature reached 1.1 degrees Celsius.
The publication of Leus says that, as expected, last night in the capital region was the coldest in two months. The forecaster indicated that at 06:00 in Cherusty, near Moscow, the minimum air temperature was recorded, which amounted to 1.1 degrees Celsius. At the same time, in the western part of the capital, as the specialist noted, thanks to the clouds warming the region, the temperature was about 10 degrees, and in the eastern part of Moscow, its indicators varied from 4 to 9 degrees Celsius.
At the same time, Leus clarified that in the center of Moscow, the temperature did not become a record. The forecaster added that Vladimir, Ivanovo, as well as Ryazan and Yaroslavl regions were close to frost last night.
