Kyrgyzstanis won the international dance tournament in Kazakhstan

Athletes of the Dance Sports Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic became winners and prize-winners of the International tournament in sports and ballroom dancing “ALMATY GRANDCUP – 2023”.
On October 7-8, 2023, in Almaty, Kazakhstan, the annual International Sports and Ballroom Dancing Tournament “ALMATY GRANDCUP 2023” was held, within which the categories “WDSF OPEN ALMATY -2023” were held. Athletes from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan took part in the tournament. The tournament was held under the auspices of the World Dance Sports Federation -WDSF.
Tournament organizer: Committee for Sports and Physical Culture Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Almaty, Association of Dance Sports Federations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Dance Sports Federation of Almaty, Dance School “TOP DANCE”.
Our dancers from the Dance Sports Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic showed remarkable results at this tournament.
International competition “ALMATY GRANDCUP 2023”, “WDSF OPEN ALMATY -2023”:
The pair Mamadzhanov Farkukh and Lissovskaya Regina in the Youth + Adults group category Open Championship AFST RK Latin (5 dances) took 1st place, gold medal.
Couple Blinkov Dmitry and Mambetova Asal in the category “WDSF OPEN” Youth,
The Latin program took 2nd place, a silver medal.
Couple Ibragimov Hasan and Tian Veronika in the category Open Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan Youth + Adults, Open class European program took 3rd place, in the category “WDSF OPEN” Youth, European program in the final took 6th place, in the category Youth + Adults Latin to B class couple took 4th place in the final.
Couple Pak Arthur and Nuiskova Veronica in the category in the category “WDSF OPEN” Juniors 2, European program took 7th place and “WDSF OPEN” Juniors 2 Latin program couple took 8th place
The pair Savin Lev and Veronika Palchunova in the Juniors 1 + Juniors 2 “D” class category took 4th place in the finals of the competition.
All our soloists performed very well and won a large number of medals.
