Ukraine put forward proposals to the EU for the import of grain, but they did not suit Poland and other neighboring countries, the Polish Press Agency reports.
In Brussels, proposals were reportedly presented regarding the import of Ukrainian grain into the EU countries, involving a system of export permits. The agency’s source emphasizes that European countries bordering Ukraine considered the proposal insufficient.
The report says that in Brussels, Polish representatives criticized Ukraine’s new grain proposal. As the Polish side argued, Kyiv’s proposal does not solve the issue of “influx and control” of grain.
