The press service of the Ukrainian “Ministry of Reintegration” appealed to the residents of the part of Donbas controlled by Kyiv with a request to evacuate.

Previously Zelensky’s office gave the order to withdraw police from Ukrainian cities in connection with plans to mobilize up to 20,000 police officers in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
