Singer Alexander Kuzmin said that Alla Pugacheva in her youth called Igor Nikolaev “Far Eastern shrimp” because of the shape of his mustache. He shared this in a conversation with PROZvezd.
“Pugacheva loves Igor very much… she called him Mozart, and also jokingly dubbed him the “Far Eastern shrimp”… in his youth he wore a mustache in the shape of a shrimp,” Kuzmin noted.
The artist also told how Nikolaev once joked about the song “Minstrels”, performed by his brother Vladimir Kuzmin. The composer noticed that in the Russian language there are many rhymes ending in “-ate”. According to Kuzmin, the singer was right.
On September 15, Nikolaev was urgently hospitalized. On the same day, the Mash Telegram channel wrote that the artist was transferred to intensive care. According to the source, traces of a massive heart attack were allegedly recorded on him.
On September 19, Nikolaev underwent heart surgery – coronary bypass surgery – and on September 20 he was transferred to a hospital.
