Kuzbass judoka became the winner of international competitions in Portugal

The judges summed up the results of the international judo tournament “Grand Prix”. These competitions are rating competitions for the upcoming 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
The competition took place in the Portuguese city of Odivelas from January 26 to 28.
Kuzbass athlete Yago Abuladze distinguished himself among the competition participants. The judoka won in the weight category up to 66 kg. The athlete defeated opponents in six fights.
The first opponent of the Kuzbass judoka was the Olympic champion, Italian Fabio Basilier, but even he failed to defeat Abuladze.
Yago Abuladze is a student of the Kuzbass Judo Club. The athlete is trained by coaches: Jumber Abuladze and Damir Gilvanov.
