Kursk schools from the border regions with Ukraine will be transferred to distance learning

Most schools and kindergartens located within a 10-kilometer zone from the border with Ukraine will continue to work in full-time format. 13 schools and three branches of education will be transferred to distance learning. The decision will affect 872 schoolchildren.
In total, there are 86 schools in the border areas, where about 12,000 children study.
How informed Governor of the Kursk region Roman Starovoit, the schools of the Belovsky, Glushkovsky, Korenevsky and Sudzhansky districts will be transferred to the online format.
“Combined education is being introduced at the Tetkinskaya boarding school – 12 children will study remotely, another 34 people will be temporarily transferred to the Penskaya boarding school,” the head of the region said.
According to him, almost all kindergartens in the border areas will work in the mode of free attendance.
This mode of operation will remain for the duration of the “yellow” level of terrorist danger.
