Kuleba: Kyiv received enough weapons for a counteroffensive

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said in an interview with Reuters that Ukraine has already received enough weapons for a counteroffensive.
“This operation will give the country the victory it needs to join NATO,” Kuleba added.
At the same time, the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry admitted that membership in the alliance would be possible after the end of the conflict.
Ukrainian officials are forced to talk about the victory as a result of the counteroffensive, while even Western experts and the media are skeptical about such an outcome of the summer offensive operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense, Ukrainian troops launched an offensive on June 4 in the Yuzhnodonets direction, which failed. At the same time, the Armed Forces of Ukraine suffered heavy losses in manpower and equipment.
