Kuban ex-judge Dadash accused of fraud for 560 thousand dollars

A former judge from the Krasnodar Territory will soon appear in court on charges of fraud. This is reported on its website by the Investigative Committee of Russia.
The Main Investigation Department of the ICR completed the investigation of the criminal case against citizen Irina Dadash. She is accused of committing a crime under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (large-scale fraud). Previously, Dadash served as acting chairman of the Belorechensky District Court of the Krasnodar Territory.
Dadash on April 22, 2019, according to the materials of the investigation, under the pretext of organizing qualified legal assistance, received 560 thousand dollars from the relatives of the defendants in the criminal case, which at that time amounted to almost 36 million rubles. However, in reality, she could not influence the course of the investigation, and appropriated the funds and disposed of them in her own interests.
Currently, the ex-judge is in custody, her property is arrested. The criminal case has been brought to court.
