Vyacheslav Zaitsev’s former model Alena Kravets, who knows many people in show business, including Alla Pugacheva, told MK that the purchase of a luxury house in Cyprus by the Galkin family (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) was long planned. The crowd knew about it, but remained silent. She also announced how much it costs to maintain it.
– I have known for a long time that they bought property in Cyprus, in the city of Limassol. Quite a good property, one might say royal. Although, of course, I usually call apartments larger than royal ones. But on the other hand, 170 sq.m. on the first coastline – it’s worth a lot. Taxes on such real estate alone amount to about 2 million rubles per year. Although for stars of their level these are not such big numbers. True, I understand that the young husband of the Diva does not have much income now.
– What did they use then to buy this property worth about a billion? Did they sell their castle in the village of Gryaz?
– I think they had savings. In general, it turned out to be a complicated story: then in the party they said that they had sold the castle, then it turned out that they had not sold it. As a result, it remained unbought by anyone. You see, even in calm times it was possible to somehow sell large, good objects, but now it is very difficult to sell such a colossus. I always said: “Buy small one-room apartments near the metro somewhere in Biryulyovo, Bibirevo, or at worst, in Cheryomushki. If you want, you rent, if you want, you sell. And the money will always warm your wallet.”
In general, I wouldn’t wish it on my enemy when, at such an advanced age, such a respected lady is forced to constantly move. We don’t run, we sit straight on our butts. I’m calm: I love my beautiful Moscow and my Russia, and I’m not going anywhere from here. It now becomes painful and offensive, looking at people who were considered mega-personalities in our country. Well, that is what it is.
