The Kommersant newspaper reported that in the Volgograd region, a court behind closed doors satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia and transferred to the Federal Property Management Agency a holding of military-industrial complex enterprises that belonged to extremists from Ukraine.
It is clarified that companies located in the Yaroslavl, Sverdlovsk and Volgograd regions, as well as in Tatarstan, were transferred to the state. As the newspaper notes, these enterprises produced various products, including those used for the production of aircraft, armored vehicles and helicopters.
According to Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia Igor Tkachev, all enterprises included in the holding are of great importance for the defense capability of the Russian Federation and cannot be owned by those citizens who oppose the Russian Federation.
“The holding was managed by the ex-Minister of Transport and Communications of Ukraine Konstantin Efimenko and his sister Elizaveta Andreeva,” the newspaper emphasized.
