Right now, the only operating system that you can install third-party app stores on is Android. Among the alternative stores that could be installed on smartphones were RuStore, NashStore, RuMarket and AppBazar. Now RuSotre preset including on Xiaomi, Vivo, Realme, Infinix and Itel smartphones.
The day before, on April 25, the head of the Ministry of Digital Development Maksut Shadayev told on the development of a bill that obliges Apple to allow installing applications on its devices not only from the App Store, but also from other stores. It is clarified that this bill is similar to the European DMA (Digital Markets Act), which requires Apple and other manufacturers to allow the installation of applications from various sources. This step is taken in the framework of the antimonopoly legislation.
