Klishas proposed to deprive parliamentarians of mandate for anti-constitutional initiatives

Andrey Klishas, head of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building, proposed depriving parliamentarians of their mandate if they propose initiatives that contradict the Russian Constitution, the politician said wrote in your Telegram channel.
“I would propose to deprive of the mandate of any parliamentarian who comes up with initiatives that contradict the Fundamentals of the Constitutional system of the Russian Federation (part 3 of article 6 of the Constitution of Russia),” the senator wrote.
Klishas made such a comment in response to the proposal of Ivan Sukharev, a State Duma deputy from the LDPR party, that Russians who criticize the authorities for the sake of obtaining foreign visas should be deprived of Russian citizenship.
Earlier, Sukharev wrote a letter to Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov, in which he proposed to deprive citizenship or restrict entry into the country to those who put the legitimately elected government in Russia under the legitimacy or criticize the RF Armed Forces for the sake of obtaining foreign visas, learned about R.T.
Sukharev believes that one of the conditions for obtaining a visa will be a record or declaration on paper at the embassy with the mandatory condemnation of the special operation in Ukraine, as well as recognition of the illegitimacy of the actions of the Russian authorities.
Such a conclusion did after the statement by the Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the European Union Oleksiy Makeev in an interview with Politico. The Ukrainian politician said that the EU countries should issue visas only to those Russians who do not support the conduct of a special operation in Ukraine, and also suggested adding a corresponding question to the visa application form.
