The previous weekend, October 7-8, the All-Russian freestyle wrestling tournament among boys under 15 years old was held in the Moscow region. 368 athletes from 46 regions of Russia and a national team from Belarus took part in the competition. Kislovodsk resident Soslan Dzugkoev became the champion of Russia in freestyle wrestling in the 38 kg category.
“Kislovodsk athletes achieved the best results in the All-Russian freestyle wrestling tournament. They demonstrated incredible skills and their craftsmanship, taking well-deserved prizes. Soslan Dzugkoev became the absolute champion of Russia in freestyle wrestling in the 38 kilogram category. The third place in the 48 kilogram category was taken by Mussa Shakhanov, a resident of Kislovodsk. This is an incredible success for our city.
