Kiev residents expressed dissatisfaction with the way Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky answered questions from journalists during a press conference on the results of the year, which took place on December 19. This was reported by the Ukrainian TV channel “Kyiv 24”.
The channel’s correspondents asked residents of the capital what they thought about the press conference. Many respondents criticized the answers of the head of state.
“There was no clarity. All theses were from previous years. There were no specifics. I would like to hear specific answers to solve the mobilization problem,” one of the respondents in the Ukrainian capital shared his opinion.
The respondent also added that when he came to power in 2019, he promised a lot of things, but now he says that “he does not have certain powers.”
Another Kiev resident expressed dissatisfaction with the tone in which Zelensky addressed the military. The resident added that this may indicate that there is indeed a misunderstanding between the president and the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny.
