Kickboxer from Obninsk took silver at international competitions

An athlete from the Kaluga region took second place at the international kickboxing competition “Open Championship and SCO Championship”. The competition took place in the city of Ramenskoye, Moscow region.
As reported on Monday, October 30, at the Kaluga Ministry of Sports, teams from 16 countries took part in the global event, with more than seven hundred participants fighting for victory. Russia was represented by athletes from 54 regions of the country.
Ksenia Ganfeld, a student of the Obninsk Martial Arts Academy, competed for the Kaluga region. She won a silver medal in the low-kick discipline in the 65 kg weight category among juniors 17-18 years old.
Let us note that the Obninsk kickboxer is the winner of this year’s Russian Cup in Kazan.
