Khimki lost the first match

It always happens when football is not driven by game priorities. The game of millions punishes for this. Already at the beginning of the second half, most of the spectators in the stands began to chant “Bring Yuran back!”.

For the first match under the leadership of Nikolai Pisarev, the Khimki players came out in T-shirts in support of the captain of the youth team Timur Galimzyanov, who suffered a cruciate ligament injury in the second league match against Sokol Saratov. Galimzyanov underwent an operation last week.

Pisarev will combine his work in Khimki and the coaching staff of the Russian national team, in the club near Moscow, Mikhail Likhachev, the head coach of the Russian beach football team, became his assistant.

Game Khimki clearly failed. Either the shock after Yuran’s resignation has not yet passed, or the new mentor did not have time to set up the team for a responsible match. The “former” rule worked already in the 14th minute: the former Khimki midfielder Alexander Troshechkin put Grozny ahead. His kick was so beautiful and powerful that the goalkeeper of the hosts Lantratov saw the round only in his own net.

Just before the break, Anton Shvets was in the right place at the right time and after a corner doubled Akhmat’s lead. And here the goalkeeper of the hosts had practically no chance – the football projectile almost pierced the net.

It was only in the second half that Khimki got the only intelligible football performance. Now the guest goalkeeper Giorgi Shelia could not cope with the cannon strike of Alexander Lomovitsky. And at the very end of the match, the Khimki team, with the efforts of their own goalkeeper, put on a show. Lantratov twice resorted to the guests’ penalty area when serving from a corner flag. And if in the first case the exit was justified – the leather sphere missed the guest goal post only by millimeters. But in the second, everything ended sadly. Artyom Timofeev sent the spotted one into an empty net after a corner, which Lantratov came out to.

“I have a lucky place here. When I worked at Khimki, I spent a lot of time there. We have been working for the last two days, thinking what can be changed to Khimki. We looked at our performance and realized that it was enough to play to our strength. In order not to disturb the guys, I went upstairs, ”Talalaev said at a press conference, answering a question about why he watched the first half from the podium.

To the question of the correspondent of our publication about the declared attacking football, the new coach of Khimki, Pisarev, answered as follows: “We did not succeed in the first half. Of course, we got a very offensive second goal from a set piece. In the second, we managed to rebuild, at the end we changed the formation altogether, and switched to playing with two central defenders. We managed to apply pressure, there were chances to save the game. As a result, they went for broke and conceded a goal. There is something to push off from, there is a positive.
