Khakass police officers decided to combine World Tourism Day with the upcoming service holiday. The route of the tourist hike was the path to the Sayano-Shushenskaya hydroelectric power station.

The police decided to admire the views of the famous structure from the observation tower in Solonechny Log. There the altitude is 700 meters above sea level and offers a beautiful view.

The event was organized by the Khakass regional branch of the Dynamo sports society. The length of the route was seven kilometers. The path was complicated by a ford through mini-rivulets formed from springs and a steep climb up a loose path. Overcoming obstacles turned out to be a real test of physical strength and endurance for law enforcement officers, which they successfully completed.

The guide of the group was the local police commissioner from the city of Sayanogorsk, senior police lieutenant Pavel Fazulyanov, who knows his native places almost by heart and is a member of the “Impulse of Life” tourist club.

In total, 17 employees from different municipalities of the republic made the trip. As a result, its participants were able to make new acquaintances, share experiences with colleagues and simply take a break from everyday work. In addition, the police took exclusive footage against the backdrop of local attractions.

Previously, the organizers of the mountaineering championship, which took place in Khakassia, announced competition results. The first places were taken by representatives of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. They became the first among men and women.
