Kalmyk chess player became the winner of competitions in Adygea

The Republican Chess Club of Maykop hosted the 3rd open rapid chess cup for the prizes of the Head of Adygea.
The tournament was attended by 43 athletes from 7 regions of Russia (Republics of Adygea, Kabardino-Balkaria, Kalmykia, Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories, Rostov Region and Sevastopol).
The competitions were held according to the Swiss system in 9 rounds with the calculation of Russian and international ratings. Each player was given 15 minutes per game with an addition of 10 seconds per move, starting from the first.
Kalmykia was successfully represented in the competition by 2 former pupils, and now coaches of the republican chess school – Utnasunov Alexander and Indzhiev Aldar.
Indzhiev Aldar with a score of 7 points out of 9 became the bronze medalist. Utnasunov Alexander with 6 points took 6th place
