Alvi Karimov, former press secretary of Ramzan Kadyrov and assistant to Akhmat Kadyrov, has died. He was 73 years old. His death was reported “Grozny-inform”.

Alvi Karimov held the position of press secretary of Ramzan Kadyrov from 2009 to 2020, after which the head of Chechnya sent him to a “well-deserved pension.” As the press secretary of the head of Chechnya, in 2017 Alvi Krimov statedthat Ramzan Kadyrov is the most important human rights activist.
