The head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov expressed gratitude to Russian President Vladimir Putin for awarding him the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, II degree.
“I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, President of Russia Vladimir Putin for the high award – the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, II degree,” the head of the region wrote in his telegram channel.
The head of state recently signed a decree awarding Kadyrov the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, II degree, for his contribution to strengthening Russian statehood and the country’s defense capability.
