The head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, reported in his telegram channel that the first day of the new year was marked for the Chechen Republic by the emergence of the new city of Oyskhara. The corresponding law, signed by him, comes into force.
According to information, the Oyskharskoye urban settlement included Verkhne-Noyberskoye, Nizhne-Noyberskoye and Oyskharskoye rural settlements. Obtaining urban status for a settlement, according to Kadyrov, should have a positive impact on its further development and contribute to the growth of the well-being of local residents.
Kadyrov congratulated the residents of Oyskhar on the formation of a new city and promised that it would turn into a new source of pride for Chechnya.
