Journalist Julian Roepke said on social media that the Lancet drone, which is produced in Russia, can hit targets at a greater distance than expected.
According to him, the best Russian kamikaze drone has become available in a long-range version.
“This is very bad news for the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” said Roepke.
He clarified that it was previously reported that Lancet drones are capable of hitting targets at a distance of up to 45 kilometers. However, during the last strike on the Ukrainian Armed Forces fighter, the device flew about 80 kilometers.
