The famous actor and athlete Jeff Monson, who has American and Russian citizenship, gave a master class at the sports complex of the Department of Internal Affairs for the North-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow.

The participants of the classes were pupils of sports schools of the district, as well as the orphanage “Scarlet Sails”, over which the police officers took patronage.

The world champion in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and a multiple winner of other international martial arts competitions showed the guys the techniques of grappling, a type that combines the techniques of various wrestling disciplines. Towards the end of the master class, young athletes got acquainted with the game “shark fish”, in which those who are lying catch those who run by. There was also a photo session and an autograph session.

The initiators of the event were the Public Council at the Internal Affairs Directorate for the North-East Administrative District, the leadership of the Internal Affairs Directorate and the prefecture of the district.
