Japan will launch a rocket with a satellite in January to track North Korea

According to NHK television, Japanese authorities plan to launch an H-2A launch vehicle with a reconnaissance satellite on January 11. The main goal of the mission will be to collect information about the situation in the DPRK by monitoring its missile sites. In addition, the satellite will be used to collect data during natural disasters in the region.
Earlier, on September 7, Japan had already successfully launched the H-2A launch vehicle with the SLIM landing module for lunar exploration.
