– Rather, they played on our mistakes. Plus, they are a good and skilled team, so they took advantage of the chance.

– How difficult was your own winning goal?

– How to say… physically? If technically, then – with a skate, into empty spaces. But this is a clear goal in terms of execution, the judges have no complaints.

– When your power play ended in overtime and the team had to play in a dangerous formation with an empty goal, how exciting was it?

“There’s nothing to worry about, you take the puck and play.” It is clear that in such a situation it is dangerous, but nothing can be done, the goalkeeper could not be released according to the rules.

– What else can you say about your opponent? Today he was in second place, your team was in fourth. Was the intensity of the match felt by the two leaders of the East?

– He kept the puck well in his attacking zone, but this is somewhere our shortcoming, we played passively in some ways, we could have taken the puck more aggressively.

The intensity is too early to talk about places in the table, statistics, this is only our second game. All teams are more or less level. There are no clear leaders and outsiders. And every game is always good hockey, there are skilled players everywhere. There is a good intensity throughout, from start to finish.
