It will be possible to file a lawsuit in the centers of public services

All citizens of the Russian Federation will have the opportunity to submit documents to the court online. Lawyer Timur Hardy shared his opinion about this innovation with Moskovskaya Pravda.

It will soon be possible to apply from home, from your computer, or with the help of specialists at multifunctional public service centers (MFCs). Relevant resolution signed by Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin. This was reported in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

“The project was prepared based on the results of a pilot project carried out by the Ministry together with the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the regions of the Russian Federation to provide applicants with access to the GAS “Pravosudie” system at the MFC. As part of it, the MFC provides for the possibility of organizing access for applicants to the system in the user support sector, ”the ministry said in a statement.

Currently, the opportunity to file claims with the courts already exists in many regions of Russia. Now it will be ubiquitous.

— Such a measure will significantly reduce the time spent by citizens on filing applications with the court. At the same time, the system for accepting applications by the courts will be streamlined. It is worth noting that both the judiciary and the citizens themselves will benefit from this,” Timur Hardy believes.

The lawyer explained that it will be possible to file a lawsuit online not only with statements of claim, but also with complaints, as well as other documents that will be required for review by the employees of the judicial system.

“This innovation can be viewed extremely positively, since it contributes to the further development of digital communication in Russian society, including between citizens, legal entities and government institutions, including the judiciary,” said the lawyer.

In order for the system to work in full force, it remains only to prepare the necessary organizational conditions for accepting applications online at public service centers. In the meantime, you can submit documents to the court online from your home computer using Internet portal GAS “Justice”. However, for this you need to have a verified personal account in the Unified Identification and Authentication System.
