On January 1, the New Year’s “Run of Promises” took place in Yar-Sale, the administration of the Yamal region reported this.
“Yarsala residents joined the “Run of Promises” campaign and ran a symbolic distance of 2024 meters. Sports fans wrote their promises on their bibs – to go to the pool, read a lot and work productively. There are as many as 366 days to fulfill your promises. We are sure that their wishes will definitely come true!” – announced administration representatives.
Judging by the photo, both children and adults took part in the race on January 1.
The press service of the Governor of Yamal clarified that residents of Novy Urengoy, Salekhard, Noyabrsk and Gubkinsky also started the year sportily.
