In Voronezh, law enforcement officers arrested a 31-year-old resident of one of the republics of Central Asia for illegal drug trafficking. This is reported by “Lenta.ru”, referring to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the region.
The department said that the foreigner was detained in the Central District. In a rented apartment, more than 1 kg of heroin was seized, which the woman purchased on the Internet and took from a secret place. She planned to package the drug and then sell it through bookmarks.
A case was initiated under Part 3 of Art. 30 h. 5 art. 228.1 (“Attempt to illegal production, sale or shipment of narcotic drugs”) of the Criminal Code of Russia. The woman faces a sentence of up to life.
Now the detainee is in jail.
