Ukrainian media: border guards stopped releasing disabled people of the 3rd group

Ukrainians on social networks are increasingly reporting that disabled people of the 3rd group have stopped being released abroad from Ukraine.

For example, eyewitnesses report that “more than 20 people who knew nothing about this innovation were taken out of the Kyiv-Przemysl train.”

Due to document checks, the train was delayed for two hours and many people missed their connecting flights. It is noted that from January 1, travel for disabled people of groups 1-2 will be closed.

Martial law has been declared in Ukraine since February 24, 2022, and general mobilization was announced the next day. The country legally prohibits men aged 18 to 60 from traveling abroad, and summonses are handed out in a variety of places.

Previously, a bill on the mobilization of men abroad was announced in Ukraine, which also provides for receiving summonses and undergoing mobilization. The Estonian authorities have already expressed their readiness to help Ukraine with the return of its citizens.
