Ukraine has published a 30-second video with the silence of the head of the GUR Budanov
Ukrainian sources began to distribute on the Web an unusual 30-second video with the participation of the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov.
The non-standard nature of the published frames lies in the fact that Budanov does not say a word throughout the entire video. However, text appears in the middle of the video.
“To be continued. Plans love silence,” the entry reads in Ukrainian.
After his silence at the very end of the video, Budanov smiled a little, and after that the video ended.
What the Ukrainian side wanted to say with this video is unknown. Previously, they had already published a similar video in which the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine took part. In the footage, they put their index finger to their lips, thereby showing the “quiet” sign.
Presumably, these videos may refer to Kyiv’s plans to launch an offensive. However, according to the latest information from the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are failing, trying to break through the defense of the RF Armed Forces, and are losses.
