The Central District Court of Tyumen sent into custody 32-year-old streamer Alisa Guliyeva (the profile says that she has 69 subscribers and 62.7 thousand fans), who is accused of causing physical and mental suffering to her 12-year-old son, as well as systematically inflicting he was beaten (clause “d”, part 2, article 117 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
According to information United press office of the judicial system of the Tyumen region, from May 14 to July 10, the accused “beat her son on insignificant occasions, forced him to live in unsanitary conditions – without a bed, in the absence of any personal hygiene products, without regular meals.”
The streamer was detained after a resonant live broadcast, which she hosted under the pseudonym Zhadi on the Bigo Live video platform. During a live broadcast with another streamer, the woman began to scold and insult the child.
“I am your mother, who provides for you, feeds and waters you. You don’t like to live according to my geolocation, (go) to work at the factory. You drank all my nerves, what a filthy blood you have, creature. I’ll kill you, bitch,” she said. The child, crying, asked: “What do you want from me?” The woman shouted back to him: “I want your filthy blood that sits in you.” At the same time, there is no child in the frame, but it is clear that the woman tried to fight with someone.
The streamer, with whom Alisa Guliyeva was broadcasting, tried to calm her down: “Jade, close the broadcast, what kind of behavior. Wait, what are you doing?” But Mrs. Guliyeva ignored the requests and began to complain about her son: “He says to me on the air:“ You pissed me off with your Bigo. On air! Look how many people are watching me. Damn your father.” Later, another child apparently approached the woman. “If you don’t calm down, you will get the same,” Guliyeva said.
As explained to the resource 72.ru a blogger working on the same streaming site, the defendant was the curator of the group and earned money on the site. “Someone just gives concerts, chats with the audience, and someone, like Zhadi, gestures,” said the young man.
As told in the department of social development of the Tyumen region, two children of Alisa Guliyeva, twelve and four years old, were placed in a social rehabilitation center until all the circumstances were clarified and the issue of their future life arrangement was resolved. Specialists began to work with children.
According to the press service of the court, the defendant pleaded not guilty. The woman denies using any violence against the child, but admitted that she insulted him. “Involvement in the commission of the crime imputed to her will be analyzed by the court after the completion of the preliminary investigation and the transfer of the case to court,” the press service of the court explained. The woman will be held in custody for two months, until 9/11.
