NYT: The Ukrainian Armed Forces may try to launch a new counter-offensive in 2025

“At best, the Ukrainians will use 2024 to defend, rebuild, and attempt a new counteroffensive next year,” the publication says.
The authors of the article also noted that public support for Ukraine in Europe began to change. Thus, in 12 European countries, only 10% of citizens believe that Kyiv will be able to win the conflict, but no one has formulated what “victory” means for Ukraine. At the same time, more people believe in Russia’s victory—20%.
