The authorities of the Pavlovsky district reported a shootout near Elizavetovka during the passage of the Wagner convoy
Head of the Pavlovsky District of the Voronezh Region Maxim Yantsov informed about the shootout that took place near the village of Elizavetovka during the passage of the column of PMC “Wagner”. The incident happened on Saturday.
Yantsov stated that 19 houses were damaged during the shootout. Damage is not critical to the integrity of buildings.
Now employees of the local administration, together with specialists from the Civil Defense, Population Protection and Fire Safety of the Voronezh Region, are conducting a survey of the territory where the shots hit. The extent of damage to houses will be determined.
Yantsov promised to help fellow countrymen in repairing the damage and compensating for the damage. He also thanked the residents of the district for their resilience and unity.
Earlier, the governor of the Voronezh region, Alexander Gusev, said that the return trip of the Wagner PMC through the region passed without an emergency.
