An invasion of moose has been recorded in the Ramensky district of the Moscow region, the Moscow 24 Telegram channel reports.
As reported, numerous exits of moose to people were noted by local residents, who willingly posted the relevant videos on social networks. On them, moose walk along the streets of the Ramensky district, roam along the railway tracks, and visit the sites of local residents. In one of the episodes, a nuisance almost happened – the animal almost knocked an elderly woman down.
In Rosprirodnadzor, the situation is explained by the seasonal migration of moose. It is reported that during this period, adults begin to drive away the calves that were born a year ago, so that they begin an independent life.
“The number of cases of entering the roadway and appearing in the city is increasing,” the Rosprirodnadzor reported.
