“In the fall of 2021, Moscow signed an agreement with FGC Group of Companies on a program to stimulate the creation of work places, under which a business center will be built on Shenogina Street in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district. The investor started construction of the facility at the end of 2022. The builders have already completed all the foundation work and started the construction of ground floors,” Vladislav Ovchinsky said, recalling that investments in the project will amount to 7.4 billion rubles.
The total area of the business center will exceed 70 thousand square meters. m. It is expected that the building will create 1.7 thousand jobs. The project provides for modern IT equipment, security systems, VR monitoring. The building will also house cafes and shops.
“Business centers are becoming new points of attraction for business activity and contribute to the development of the transport system and better content of the commercial infrastructure,” added Sergey Pshenichnikov, director of commercial real estate development at the group of companies.
The city’s program to stimulate the creation of work places is designed to provide integrated development of areas. According to its terms, the developer is exempt from paying for changing the type of land plot allowed for use if he additionally invests in an object with new jobs.
