A resident of Volchansk in the Kharkiv region, the police put forward a suspicion of collaborationism for distributing Russian humanitarian aid.
The telegram channel of the region’s police says that the police of Kharkiv region “convicted a resident of the city of Volchansk in collaboration activities”: a 43-year-old man, as it turned out, “distributed humanitarian aid provided by the Russians and delivered it around the city and villages of the Chuguevsky district.”
It is also reported that the car on which the resident of Volchansk did this is owned by one of the local enterprises.
For “collaborationism” in Ukraine, a fine of up to 170 thousand hryvnias ($4.6 thousand) or imprisonment from 3 to 5 years is threatened.
