Festive events in schools located no further than 15 km from the border were decided to be held remotely in the form of a classroom hour. Full-time format is allowed only for graduates of the 11th grade in schools that are more than 15 km away from the border. In Belgorod, located 40 km from the border, the face-to-face format of the rulers is allowed for graduates of the 9th and 11th grades, for all the rest they will be held remotely. The number of students at events should not exceed 200 people. If there are more children, schools will hold several assemblies at different times. In the regions of the Belgorod region more distant from the border, festive lines will be held for all students with increased security measures. No more than 300 people can attend.
Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said that the authorities must do everything to save the lives and health of children: “It is very important to work on the ground here.
