Dobryye Lyudi LLC, which implements the WWW program in Samara, noted that over the past week alone they sent 12 cases to supervisory authorities to hold owners of stray dogs accountable. The company also joined the appeals to the prosecutor’s office to initiate and investigate a criminal case into the attack on the dog catchers.
