Valentina Elshanskaya, actress: “The role of Vita for me is for maximum resistance. Those events that take place in the life of my heroine, and the way she reacts to them, are not at all characteristic of me personally. But once again I am convinced that sacrificing oneself for the sake of other people does not lead to anything good.

Natalia Klibanova, producer: “This is a story about the mistakes of the past and the consequences of decisions made, about the fears that prevent us from being happy. The main character gets into an abusive, codependent relationship and can’t get out of it. We really wanted this story to be directed by a woman and lead our heroine on the way to herself. Director Katya Dvigubskaya immediately felt the intonation and helped build convincing characters in situations recognizable to the viewer.”

Ekaterina Dvigubskaya, director: “I immediately liked the script, it contains drama that allows you to build a story on conflicts: each of the characters gets into a very difficult situation and tries to get out of it. History teaches us a lesson about never betraying love! Very often people give up their love because of fear or because of the inconvenience associated with it, but for this they always overtake the retribution.
