The Tverskoy court arrested Kislitsyn in absentia, accused of illegal access to protected data
The head of the FACCT department, Nikita Kislitsyn, is wanted in a case of illegal access to data protected by law. It is reported by REN TV, citing a source.
Later, the press service of the Tverskoy Court of Moscow informed Izvestia about the criminal’s arrest in absentia.
“The court chose an arrest in absentia against Kislitsyn for two months from the moment of extradition or detention on the territory of the Russian Federation,” the interlocutor explained.
FACCT spoke about the detention of Kislitsyn in Kazakhstan on June 22.
In June last year, the FSB of Russia discovered private tax officers and detectives involved in the illegal collection of data on more than 30 citizens. Since 2019, the group has transferred protected information about law enforcement officers and military personnel to customers, “as a result of which damage to state security has been caused.”
