In the Pucilovsky reservoir on the Kazachka River in the Ussuriysk urban district, four concrete spans were washed away by a stream of water. This was reported by the correspondent of the newspaper “News”.
Happy water flow broke the left wall of the dam and broke the fenders. After that, residents began to be evacuated from Pucilovka: 170 people were evacuated, including 30 children. Toward evening, four concrete spans collapsed at once. Now only two such spans separate Putsilovka and another village, Bogatyrka, from the water.
Due to heavy rains against the backdrop of a typhoon last week in the village of Putsilovka, most of the houses were flooded. To get to the village by car, you can only take a detour, overcoming an additional 80 km.
Residents of Putsilovka recorded video messagein which they complained about the actions of local authorities. “Only on August 11, the Ministry of Emergency Situations visited us, brought a little bread and water. On this, all the help ended, ”the residents complained. To check the information that the residents of Putsilovka are not being delivered assistance, the city prosecutor of Ussuriysk, Dmitry Denish, went to the place.
Typhoon Hanun raged in Primorye from 10 to 12 August. After him came the second typhoon – “Lan”. The downpours were followed by severe floods that flooded about 4.6 thousand residential buildings. Throughout Primorye, at least 2.8 thousand people were evacuated. Earlier in Ussuriysk, a dam broke through, which was made to contain floods.
