“On the roads of Primorye, multiple overflows, erosion of the subgrade and destruction of approaches to bridges again formed,”— informed press service of the regional government.
It is noted that the most difficult situation is in the Khorolsky and Krasnoaremeysky districts. In addition to the administrative center – the village Khorol, in the Khorolsky district it is now impossible to get to the village of Priozernoe. And in the Krasnoarmeisky district, the villages of Limonniki, Sarovka, Pokrovka, Meteoritny, Izmailikha, and Novokreshchenka are cut off from road traffic due to rising water and flooding of the bridge on the Limonnikha River. Boat crossings are organized to these settlements.
Heavy rain (80 mm of precipitation has already fallen) also led to flooding of the low-lying parts of Vladivostok, where water flows from the hills. Difficult car traffic. At City Hall deployed round-the-clock operational headquarters in connection with the downpour.
“The life support services of the city are involved in the work to eliminate the consequences of the disaster: soil that has descended onto the roads is being cleaned, storm sewer networks are being cleaned, water is being pumped out in places of flooding,”— informs press service of the administration of the capital of Primorye.
