MAI and MISiS students transferred to remote work due to measles outbreak
The Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) on Tuesday transferred students to distance learning until May 2 due to a measles outbreak. “Moskovsky Komsomolets: the main thing today”.
The MAI website emphasized that access to the main territory of the university – the building on the Volokolamsk highway – is possible only for students who are immune against measles. In other buildings of the university, students will continue to study full-time.
According to the resource, a similar decision was made at MISiS for the same reason.
Earlier, on April 12, students of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after V.I. Gubkin. There, a student was diagnosed with measles. The student dormitory of the university, located on Butlerov Street, was closed for quarantine.
