A resident of Magnitogorsk was arrested in the case of an attempted arson of the military commissariat
The Central District Court of Chelyabinsk sent a man from Magnitogorsk, accused of preparing to commit a terrorist attack, into custody for two months, informs the court on Monday on its website.
As noted, the court considered the petition of the investigator of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Chelyabinsk region to take into custody against a 26-year-old resident of Magnitogorsk. It is clarified that after the court session, a decision was made to elect a preventive measure against the young man in the form of detention for a period of two months – until August 3.
According to the investigation department of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation for the Chelyabinsk region, a criminal case is being investigated under Part 3 of Article 30 and Part 1 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
On June 4, it became known that specialists from the regional department of the FSB of Russia, together with police officers, detained a resident of Magnitogorsk in the case of an attempt to set fire to the military commissariat.
