In Lefortovo completed the overhaul of the house built in 1930

In the house built in 1930, the roof was completely renewed, the facade was repaired, the entrances were renovated and the power supply networks were replaced.

Completed overhaul of residential building 20A on the Entuziastov Highway in the Lefortovo area. The five-story building was built according to an individual project and is a masterpiece of constructivism.

“It is very important to comprehensively restore old residential buildings in order not only to restore the beauty of their portrait, but also to create a modern level of comfort and safety of living in them. In 2022, we carried out a large-scale renovation of house No. 20A on Entuziastov Highway, which is made in the constructivist style. This is a bright and very beautiful object,” said Vladimir Kozhichenkov, Deputy General Director of the FCR of Moscow.

In order to carry out the work on the restoration of the facade as efficiently as possible, as well as to minimize the inconvenience of residents, these activities were divided into several stages. First, the planes were cleared of accumulated dirt and the old layer of paint, and then the cracks were sealed with a modern reinforcing solution. As soon as the preparatory work was completed, the facade was painted in colors according to the color passport.

During the overhaul, the basement was updated. Windows and front doors have been replaced in the hallways.

Before the onset of cold weather, the roof was repaired: the sheathing, roofing, as well as part of the rafters, which had significant damage, were replaced. All wooden structures were treated with a bio-flame retardant compound, which reduces the risk of flame spread in the event of a fire. The overhaul works made it possible to restore the temperature and humidity regime of the attic space, as well as to arrange a running deck.

Residential building No. 20A on the Entuziastov Highway has a simple form with functional plasticity of the facades; the house has decorative elements in the form of protruding rods in the brickwork structure. Entrance groups are marked with spades and vertical lines of stairwell window openings.

The Moscow Capital Improvement Program is one of the largest housing modernization projects not only in Russia, but in the world. The program includes more than 28,500 houses with a total area of ​​more than 275 million square meters. m, in which it is planned to repair more than 355 thousand engineering systems and structural elements of buildings and replace more than 112 thousand elevators.

To clarify the timing and types of work under the overhaul program, so-called short-term implementation plans are drawn up. Planned for 2021-2023 included 4437 houses of the capital with a total area of ​​34.2 million square meters. In 2022, repairs are taking place in 1.7 thousand houses.
